Description

We all have stories about ourselves, from the past, about the present and even into the future.
How do these stories affect the quality of our lives now?
How do they affect our actions and the choices we make?
How do they affect the people in our lives, the activities we choose to or not to engage in?

Is it possible to go entirely beyond relying upon stories about ourselves to a far more satisfying, creative, and playful freedom?

In this course, we will investigate how our minds spin stories about ourselves, the "I" and the "me."  We’ll explore how we can unlock our stories’ influence and power over us, tracing their limiting effects and learn methods to see through and beyond them.

We need not be fettered by how we imagine our past.  We can contact a present-centered way of being that is full of positive possibilities!

No prerequisites; open to all.
Who is this course for?
  • Suitable for everyone: Regardless of age, background, or prior study, this course is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all.
  • Ideal for: Anyone interested in not letting ‘the past’ define their future.
What you will gain:
  • Transformative techniques to help you redefine how you think of your being and its potential. Specific suggestions for practice in real life.
  • Relaxation skills to help you see with more clarity how your stories may be limiting your life and freedom.
  • Community support as you begin a path of positive change with others on a similar journey.
