We often fail to notice
the beauty that surrounds us. Viewing a brilliant sunset,
feeling the warmth of a campfire as Fall begins, or hearing a loved one's
voice, our senses can become direct pathways to the heart of our being,
enriching our lives with delight and joy. In this course, we'll learn simple
ways to appreciate our inner and outer environments through the senses and
explore mind's role in creating our experience and world. We may discover the more we experience the
richness of everyday life, the more resources we have to share with others from
a place of abundance and joy. No
prerequisites; open to all.
