Description

We often fail to notice the beauty that surrounds us.  Viewing a brilliant sunset, feeling the warmth of a campfire as Fall begins, or hearing a loved one's voice, our senses can become direct pathways to the heart of our being, enriching our lives with delight and joy. In this course, we'll learn simple ways to appreciate our inner and outer environments through the senses and explore mind's role in creating our experience and world.  We may discover the more we experience the richness of everyday life, the more resources we have to share with others from a place of abundance and joy. No prerequisites; open to all.
Who is this course for?
  • Suitable for everyone: Regardless of age, background, or prior study, this course is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all.
  • Ideal for: Individuals seeking deep relaxation, joy, and pathways to positive transformation in their professional and personal lives, particularly those looking to prevent the common workplace burnout prevalent today.
What you will gain:
  • Transformative techniques: Learn effective methods to shift your thinking, feeling, and overall being towards a more positive state.
  • Deep relaxation skills: Develop the ability to relax profoundly and experience genuine joy.
  • Community support: Become part of an online community of like-minded individuals, providing mutual support and shared learning experiences.
