Searcher Reaches Lands Limits is Dharma College’s flagship year-long exploration of the nature of mind and experience. Based on Richard Dixey’s illuminating commentary on Tarthang Tulku’s masterwork Revelations of Mind, this course investigates how experience is constructed, how identity and perception become fixed, and how we can discover greater openness, wisdom, and freedom.

Through study, discussion, contemplative practice, and direct inquiry, participants will learn to work skillfully with the habits of mind that shape everyday experience. As these patterns soften, new possibilities emerge greater emotional resilience, mental flexibility, creativity, and a renewed sense of wonder and joy.

This course is not simply about understanding the mind. It is an invitation to discover what becomes possible when the limitations of habitual experience begin to fall away.
