Hoa Phan

Hoa’s first career in IT spanned a startup, a nonprofit, Fortune 300 healthcare and local government. After the pandemic, Hoa charted a new course to more deeply understand and respond to our climate and social challenges. She traveled to Jordan, New Zealand, Europe, and the United States to witness and learn how we can interrupt the increasingly destructive cycles of drought, fire and flood and restore balance and abundance. Concurrently, Hoa enrolled in Dharma College, where she came to understand the central role of mind in creating our reality; and how transforming our inner reality can also bring balance and abundance to our external reality.

Hoa holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of California, Davis, and dual-Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Policy from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
