Meet Our Faculty
Description
We present ourselves to the world as a single being operating rationally from a single perspective, but inside a whole society is active. In this Dharma College course at Rossmoor Walnut Creek, we’ll look directly at the presentations of mind. Convinced that our thoughts and feelings are reliable, we don’t see how our reality is being constructed. Through reading, exercises, and class discussion, our minds relax and our hearts heal. Maximum enrollment is 30. Open to all, but priority will be given to those who attend “Making Friends with Mind.”
Who these courses are for
Anyone struggling with current conditions, or simply wanting to discover how to live a meaningful and more joyful life.
