Attention to Body and Heart

Dharma College operates a full schedule of classes drawn from the disciplines of Yoga, Qi Gong, Kum Nye (Tibetan Subtle Energy), Kum Nye Dancing, plus other movement and dance therapy classes. Our rooms are beautiful, open, and filled with natural light. We also offer instruction for opening the heart and for developing skill in meditation. The spaces are large enough to host yoga teacher–training classes, yet also suitable for more intimate classes. We provide an ambiance of relaxation coupled with energetic awareness, leading to healing, well-being, and joy of life.
