Mind can be our best friend, filling every day with beauty, meaning, and satisfaction. Yet, so often we are stuck in stale patterns of thinking and feeling that increase discomfort, create confusion, and lead to further suffering. This is not a sign that mind is our friend! Must we continue to live this way? In this five-week in-person course offered at Rossmoor Walnut Creek, we look at our busy minds directly. Through class discussion, reading, and gentle meditative practices from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, awareness expands. Old patterns drop away and inner peace naturally arises. Open to all, but due to room size there is a maximum enrollment of 30.
Anyone struggling with current conditions, or simply wanting to discover how to live a meaningful and more joyful life.
